They knew they had nothing . They just bull shitted the court system for months. All the people at the hearing either didn’t go to court in the first place or did go and were deemed unreliable after examination of their evidence

It would be so easy to draw the wrong conclusion about his aide. For one if it’s a mainstream news source saying this, it has the potential to be completely false. Two, if they did say this, he could mean that trump knew he at that point was out of paths to victory and wanted to go down with a fight.

With the facts presented, it would be unwise to bring a case of fraud to court, so they can’t be faulted for not doing so, despite it being obvious there was fraud. And again, the courts actually taking the cases and seeing the arguments would’ve prevented all of the violence and unrest.
