Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office

Here ya go.... sorry for the delay

1) Intimidating and demonizing a Free Press -

This has been Trump’s go to - just like all other dictators a Free Press is not welcomed.

Trump admitted to doing this to a CBS journalist, by stating “You know why I do it? I do it to discredit you all and demean you all, so when you write negative stories about me no one will believe you."

Trump signed an Executive Order last summer that can be used to allow to oversee political speech on the Internet - right after Twitter has attached a fact-checking label to a couple of his erroneous Tweets.

Trump has tried to make it easier to sue the media for things like Libel - not because of any real fear of libel but just as a scare tactic to keep them tied up in courts for years.

Even FOX said “President Trump is engaged in the most direct sustained assault on freedom of press in our history.”

2) Using his Office to reward Corporate backers while punishing opponents -

The Brooking Institute released a recent study that found clear corruption. The Study stated, “There have been reports that 27 clients of Trump-connected lobbyists have received up to $10.5 billion of (government CoVid) spending; that beneficiaries have also included multiple entities linked to the family of Jared Kushner and other Trump associates and political allies; that up to $273 million was awarded to more than 100 companies that are owned or operated by major donors to Trump’s election efforts; that unnecessary blanket ethics waivers have been applied to potential administration conflicts of interest; and that many other transactions meriting further investigation have occurred.”

3)

Fearmongering -

In 2016 Trump ran on claims about Muslims, Mexican “rapists,” and other foreign dangers. In 2020 he did everything he could to convince voters that the US cities are in flames and that angry mobs of black and brown people are heading for the suburbs to kill you all!

2021-01-11 22:16:34 UTC

Is this the nightly script for the news? Lol this is literally the same thing they say.

2021-01-11 22:17:34 UTC

Meanwhile on Trump tv , everyone is a communist , the election was stolen even though I have 0 evidence

2021-01-11 22:17:58 UTC

Also I love you all that raided the senate

2021-01-11 22:18:18 UTC

2021-01-11 22:18:38 UTC

2021-01-11 22:18:53 UTC

2021-01-11 22:19:39 UTC

2021-01-11 22:19:46 UTC

They represent the majority of the people better @Talorra

2021-01-11 22:20:21 UTC

Beats me I don't watch the nightly news....

You're kidding right 🧐

2021-01-11 22:20:37 UTC

Nope

2021-01-11 22:20:45 UTC

What is wrong with you

2021-01-11 22:20:53 UTC

It’s a fact

2021-01-11 22:21:09 UTC

He’s a dictator

2021-01-11 22:21:10 UTC

They banned parler and parler was aheaf

2021-01-11 22:21:13 UTC

The “free press” lies continuously and has no credibility due to their own choices. Trump just brought out their true nature better than anyone else could. Your comment about Trump calling Mexicans “rapists” is a clear example of their misinformation. Opposing illegal immigration where we have no control or knowledge of who enters, where some of those illegal immigrants are rapists and violent criminals, does not equate to calling Mexicans “rapists”.

2021-01-11 22:21:55 UTC

While the electoral college and the senate over weights certain states big tech just represents the majority of Americans @Talorra

2021-01-11 22:22:32 UTC

You're out of your mind. They ban everything that doesn't agree with them

2021-01-11 22:22:53 UTC

You mean doesn’t agree with the majority of Americans

2021-01-11 22:24:06 UTC

America has always protected minority rights btw

2021-01-11 22:24:18 UTC

Also nothing wrong with banning people planning a insurrection

2021-01-11 22:24:29 UTC

American democracy was founded to NOT be two wolves and a sheep voting what to eat for dinner
