they dont have to release this to the public, it can be presented and sealed in court

2021-01-12 09:56:16 UTC

I can't link it here.

2021-01-12 09:56:20 UTC

@Eden I don't know if you really want to watch it. It's hard to get screams like the ones @Maw is describing out of your mind...

2021-01-12 09:56:50 UTC

ok, maybe not before bed.... i'm not big on people screaming in pain

2021-01-12 09:56:55 UTC

It's very easy to fracture ribs though.

2021-01-12 09:57:24 UTC

and its one of the more innervated and painful area of the body

2021-01-12 09:57:27 UTC

Facebook and Twitter should have purged these people years ago

2021-01-12 09:57:28 UTC

It happens almost every time in CPR, so just imagine that while you watch the video, and you'll be able to imagine the pain he's in.

2021-01-12 09:59:41 UTC

But you were asking if there was a video for it. And I gave you a reason why they probably aren't. I wasn't speaking about court however if they can get ahold of a Cell phone video that would work just as well or multiple and they wouldn't have to risk the national security implications if the judge refused to seal the video

2021-01-12 10:00:25 UTC

The capitol will not likely release footage of the incident until after the investigation is complete and charges are about to be brought.

2021-01-12 10:00:53 UTC

So the person does not become a fugitive from justice.

2021-01-12 10:03:37 UTC

There is that too.

2021-01-12 10:04:30 UTC

I think I was commenting on your comment that they will CHARGE them with felony murder, and saying why its actually unlikely .... and how it would be nearly impossible to get "all the people in the room"

2021-01-12 10:05:26 UTC

this was your comment

2021-01-12 10:06:01 UTC

"Ever wonder what it's like when 20-30+ people get charged with felony murder of one person?"

2021-01-12 10:06:11 UTC

exactly what you said

2021-01-12 10:06:30 UTC

Yup!

2021-01-12 10:06:39 UTC

And I stand by it.

2021-01-12 10:06:43 UTC

Either way, this is a situation where Felony Murder makes sense.

I also wonder what the timeline between the 2 officer down calls and the ois inside the Capitol

2021-01-12 10:07:51 UTC

no, they wont charge 20, or even 10 for 1 person...
no, they wont get charged with "felony murder"

and its highly questionable what would be the charge on the officer who got dragged on video, but at best its attempted murder and conspiracy

2021-01-12 10:08:14 UTC

If the OIS happened just after 2 radio calls of officer down it would add clarity to the reason the officer inside the Capitol shot Ashli Bobbitt

2021-01-12 10:08:23 UTC

and I'm explaining to you why its not the case for the riots

2021-01-12 10:09:08 UTC

And I respectfully disagree. We'll just have to see what happens.

2021-01-12 10:09:14 UTC

if there is no clear video of the officer who got hit with the fire extinguisher, they may be out of luck there too

2021-01-12 10:09:32 UTC

Guarantee you there is.

2021-01-12 10:09:41 UTC

It happened in/on the capitol grounds.

2021-01-12 10:09:54 UTC

and you can even ask Robert how unlikely it is (your exact phrase)..... but I doubt he reads the chat here

2021-01-12 10:10:19 UTC

I am Robert's mod. I meant ask him for his stream tomorrow!

2021-01-12 10:10:38 UTC

IF there is a video, and they can trace the person and do facial recognition, they likely will get murder 2-3

2021-01-12 10:11:11 UTC

I didn't know he had mods.... why haven't you modded the heck out of me?? I'm always the troublemaker

2021-01-12 10:11:25 UTC

Because you've not broken rules? lol

2021-01-12 10:11:43 UTC

It's why my name is red though.

2021-01-12 10:11:53 UTC

I wasn't aware there were any rules.... i thought this was like wild wild west

2021-01-12 10:11:56 UTC

If you click my name you'll see my user tags for this channel.

2021-01-12 10:12:10 UTC

well... show him the chat if you want to...

2021-01-12 10:12:11 UTC

Since it's a federal LEO who was uniformed it would be the federal equivalent to Capital Murder and a potential Death penalty case.

2021-01-12 10:12:58 UTC

Only for the person that landed the killing blow. Felony murder has an exception for capital punishment that only the person that committed the murder can be sentenced to, accomplices cannot.

2021-01-12 10:13:29 UTC

Fair enough, the guy holding the fire extinguisher.

2021-01-12 10:15:38 UTC

Is there an enhancement on the penalty for felony murder if the victim is a LEO I can't remember...

2021-01-12 10:15:43 UTC

LEO???

What I was going to mention though, is that all the murder conspiracy, attempted murder + conspiracy, etc, the charges are actually going to be much more serious because of the multiple felony charges related to rioting (whatever those are) that will be brought with it. That essentially makes it much worse, and adds many many many years to the sentencing. And whats good is it to win the murder conspiracy charge, if your other charges are still possibly gonna get you 50 years, unless you have a good lawyer i guess, dont open your mouth before you have one, and maybe get concurrent and plea down to testify....

2021-01-12 10:17:25 UTC

oooooohhh.... law enforcement officer.... i'ts late
