I wish it was even a little hyperbolic but it’s not.

2021-01-10 21:40:29 UTC

This is true sedition.

2021-01-10 21:40:30 UTC

I still have a fb account. On there the message is parlor allowed terrorist communications that cause the capitol riots. So that's what we're working with here.

2021-01-10 21:41:00 UTC

The sedition term being thrown around is dangerous

2021-01-10 21:41:18 UTC

There’s literally nothing stopping the cartel of big tech from telling your local shoe store to pay their employees $100 per hour or else get their internet shut off so they can be absorbed by Amazon.

2021-01-10 21:42:16 UTC

That’s right, any form of resistance from conservatives is now a terrorist act.

2021-01-10 21:42:39 UTC

Except the rioters used all platforms, specifically Facebook groups. That said, they never purged BLM/Antifa accounts nor their prominent supporters despite the widespread violence they’ve perpetrated for months.

2021-01-10 21:43:12 UTC

Trump could’ve easily done the same to antifa and BLM, but instead Biden in concert with big tech will be doing it to anyone not on board with their one party system.

2021-01-10 21:43:43 UTC

I mean are people stupid enough to not see the contradictions?

2021-01-10 21:43:43 UTC

@angelula, you just advanced to level 1!

2021-01-10 21:44:00 UTC

That's false, they had started doing this last year later in the year.

2021-01-10 21:44:07 UTC

Some of my leftist friends are. They think it’s wrong but literally they don’t care.

2021-01-10 21:44:16 UTC

It's also something they'd be legally liable for if they didn't take it off their site.

2021-01-10 21:45:22 UTC

What are you referring to? Antifa/BLM accounts that organized and/or spread the info of organized protests/riots?

2021-01-10 21:45:44 UTC

Think if you worked at google and you DIDN’T shut off services to small businesses owned by conservatives so they can be absorbed by large leftist corporations. What are you even useful for?

2021-01-10 21:46:02 UTC

Ones inciting violence were eventually taken down yes, it's still something in the process because Twitter is literally legally liable to remove the content from their platform.

2021-01-10 21:46:38 UTC

Criminally liable at that.

2021-01-10 21:47:15 UTC

So how do conservatives gain a voice without being constantly censored?

2021-01-10 21:47:18 UTC

Facebook does not follow their own rules, or common sense, like you think.

2021-01-10 21:47:28 UTC

“Inciting violence” is obviously subjective. It can range from literal demands for violence to mere calls to action for protest. And it’s the latter kind that’s being abused right now.

2021-01-10 21:47:35 UTC

Then report them to the police if they don't take down the messages, simple.

2021-01-10 21:47:40 UTC

Or the FBI.

2021-01-10 21:47:40 UTC

You are correct many of the libs i know dont care that we are censored

2021-01-10 21:49:03 UTC

That would be the correct thing to do yes. But I remember twice reporting a child pornographer casting children for a movie on Facebook, and twice they refused to take the post down. So Facebook in no way is a benign organization of rules.

2021-01-10 21:49:46 UTC

Then take it to law enforcement, this is how you escalate. Also you could be wrong, who knows?

2021-01-10 21:50:09 UTC

Blockchain solution. Charles Hoskinson is dedicated to providing a solution on his platform cardano.

2021-01-10 21:51:00 UTC

I mean, I've said I cared and disagree many times, as have other people here.

2021-01-10 21:51:04 UTC

> So how do conservatives gain a voice without being constantly censored?
@angelula There is plenty of voice. I cite this very discussion as an example.

2021-01-10 21:51:44 UTC

So we can have conversations, so long as none of us emerge as a leader with any sort of a following.

2021-01-10 21:51:45 UTC

Is that a solution? As we’ve seen with Parler, every type of vendor/service can be pressured by the oligarchs to drop a company.

2021-01-10 21:52:10 UTC

> So we can have conversations, so long as none of us emerge as a leader with any sort of a following.
@AdvanceManExtraordinaire Nope. As long as it's not radical violence.

2021-01-10 21:52:49 UTC

It seems to be yes. Trying to shutdown a blockchain is a pretty monumental task and so far I don’t believe any country has been able to do so.

2021-01-10 21:53:07 UTC

They should just invoke religious reasons. Checkmate.

2021-01-10 21:53:20 UTC

Not true. You don’t have to actually instigate the violence. For conservatives, we have strict liability with regards to protests.

2021-01-10 21:53:34 UTC

Big tech censors conservatives voices who never advocated violence.

2021-01-10 21:54:08 UTC

This to me is purely a counter cultural clash. There are millions who believe our society is evil. To me we need a cultural solution to that. In my mind it means taking back the cultural institutions from liberals. This is something we can no longer ignore.

2021-01-10 21:54:16 UTC

I'm hearing the insurrection act has been signed can anybody verify?

2021-01-10 21:54:44 UTC

Been hearing that daily for 9 weeks. Not betting on it.

2021-01-10 21:55:07 UTC

@Zuluzeit what did the Vatican do?

2021-01-10 21:55:09 UTC

"Take back the cultural institutions from the libs." This will help, surely.

2021-01-10 21:55:23 UTC

If only the president had a way to communicate with his country.
