@Turd Ferguson that question may be too long for this show since Rob has to make that meeting, but I will pass it along to him

2021-01-11 23:29:49 UTC

Yeah, it does require a setup. Social Media can make legal analysis and questions difficult. Not as bad as IP law though. Set up for analyzing infringement claims is ridiculous.

2021-01-11 23:30:50 UTC

@FaithJoy Thanks! Much appreciated!

2021-01-11 23:31:09 UTC

no problem!

Remember folks, I'm just a humble mod, I don't handle the donations or messages, I do it when it's only absolutely necessary! :V And even then, just the messages.

I don’t know how he can say your name with a straight face every time. Hahaha.

2021-01-12 00:05:38 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq @FaithJoy Good show to come back to on Monday! A bit of short-notice, but it's better that it happened on a Monday! Have a good night you too, and good luck with the meeting!

2021-01-12 00:06:20 UTC

2021-01-12 02:22:49 UTC

Hey. Anyone in the phoenix area looking to share physical resources and ideas?

2021-01-12 02:22:49 UTC

@EnlightenedHobo, you just advanced to level 7!

2021-01-12 02:32:38 UTC

Ahhhh i misses your live show @RobertGrulerEsq that's okay 👌. Kill it at your board meeting brotha!

2021-01-12 02:38:00 UTC

He had one today. It was just earlier

2021-01-12 02:45:39 UTC

I just want  The to add the girl that tried to bust in through the window probably thought that she could do that and get away with it because of what happened during the black lives matters riots when you see other people doing it getting away with it you think it's OK for you to

2021-01-12 02:53:27 UTC

I think there is no way to know what the situation was and what was going though her mind. Why did they shoot just her? Why no one else? So many variables. But i get social conditions influences people’s behavior.

2021-01-12 02:56:46 UTC

She was climbing into the barricaded room.

2021-01-12 03:10:54 UTC

But why was she olnly one shot no one should of got shot

2021-01-12 03:13:17 UTC

I am sad that Ashli Babbitt was shot. Yes, she was committing a crime, but not one that deserved her dying over. I am sad that the media seems to be slamming her, but they asked us to overlook much greater "crimes" from others such as (but not limited to) George Floyd. I just feel bad she is being dragged through the mud.

2021-01-12 03:14:04 UTC

I have seen no smearing.

2021-01-12 03:14:20 UTC

From 'the media'.

2021-01-12 03:14:50 UTC

Because after she was shot they stopped trying to break in, called emergency service and got her out. Is my guess.

2021-01-12 03:15:00 UTC

@lhohq, you just advanced to level 2!

2021-01-12 03:15:25 UTC

There was a police officer literally beaten to the point where he died a day later.

2021-01-12 03:15:35 UTC

Another few officers were crushed.

2021-01-12 03:15:43 UTC

They were attacking officers all over the place.

2021-01-12 03:15:57 UTC

Yes, she went beyond the acceptable line with a gun literally pointed in her face.

2021-01-12 03:16:15 UTC

I read she was not even armed

2021-01-12 03:16:38 UTC

I have mixed feelings about it. That’s worded poorly because it was tragic she lost her life. But if that officer let her in, more are going to come through and overwhelm that area as well and I think that is where the congresspeople were hiding.

2021-01-12 03:16:55 UTC

Where is the part where she is getting dragged though the mud by 'the media'?

2021-01-12 03:16:55 UTC

I do not know what compels you to continue trying to push through a barricaded area when you have a gun literally pointed at you.

2021-01-12 03:17:45 UTC

Her death was extremely unfortunate, and I'd much rather that the capitol police actually did their job, but this wasn't your standard riot guard.

2021-01-12 03:18:15 UTC

Exactly, perhaps she did not see it or know a gun was being pointed at her. The officer waited till she almost come into the room and shot once. I don’t think he will get any charges.

2021-01-12 03:22:02 UTC

These people take protecting the government body extremely seriously.

2021-01-12 03:22:18 UTC

What else could you have expected as they're trying to evacuate people?

2021-01-12 03:23:17 UTC

She was unarmed. I just feel as a trained officer, there should be other ways to suppress unlawful action other than shooting an unarmed person breaking the law.

2021-01-12 03:24:51 UTC

He was protecting government officials from a mob inside of the building. I'm not one to protect officers usually, but this seems like a case of "well what else could you do if you're the last of the line?"

2021-01-12 03:25:21 UTC

He had to hold them there to protect government officials evacuating.

2021-01-12 03:25:44 UTC

This isn't a single person, keep that in mind. This is a mob.

2021-01-12 03:26:07 UTC

He could have arrested her. Used a stun gun or other means to contain her.

2021-01-12 03:26:37 UTC

He wasn't a traditional officer, he didn't have a stun gun, nor backup. And there was a mob on the other side of the door.

2021-01-12 03:26:51 UTC

I don't know, I feel officers should be trained to used a gun or life-ending measure as a last defense.

2021-01-12 03:27:02 UTC

This isn't a traditional officer.
