@Hakujin - CA Obvious short term ploy to leverage power over unions
they will reopen - says that they might just do so in article.
😋
Lol
Damn, a "n-word" really want some Weiner schnitzel now.
My friend thought cutlets were Polish
@Papa Pizzagate Unt some stwudel, ja:
Never had a great strudel, honestly.
Not really sure how one could go wrong with pasty and condensed fruit. You could stack that crap up on a plate, and I'd dig it 😎
lindzer tort on the other hand
I'd be hella down; just never tried it.
@Jacob Regarding Polish cuisine, though, I can tear up some spicy Polish sausage and kielbasa!
(I know "kielbasa" is just the Polish word for sausage, but they're normally pretty mild, rather than spicy.)
"sausage and kiełbasa"
dude I'm so triggered
but at least you know
Did I seriously trigger your autism, or are you just screwing with me, lol?
No because you elaborated
"Phew." <:nervous:359009898115104770>
😂
But generally I find it kinda pretentious when people say "kiełbasa" instead of just saying "sausage"
Like I'm not gonna get genuinely mad at someone, since I don't expect people to know this stuff, but it sounds silly
Yeah. Depends on the context. Normally, when someone here says "sausage" with an adjective, I think it's kind of understood, even if not consciously, that they're talking about something out of the British Isles.
huh interesting
to me it sounds like those people who say "croissant" with an intentional French accent
For instance, what one might call a classic "American" breakfast is actually what the British peoples or Irish would call a "fry."
When I hear "Sausage" i think German, instead of English
"Kwa-soooo..."
>heard yall were talking about sausage
British breakfasts are massive
it's scary
@Papa Pizzagate While initially inclined to say that's kinda weird, given the size and duration of the German presence in your neck o' the woods, that kinda makes sense.
I'd throw up if I ate that much
in the morning
@Jacob *Bjorn - MD shudders at the thought of the breakfast scene from Trainspotting...*
It's bulking season
BLOAT MAX
@Papa Pizzagate I don't get the reference, lol. Did I miss a meme?
I usually don't even eat breakfast
Same.
What's breakfast? 🤔
My mom had this phase when she would make me these absolutely massive breakfasts, like dinner size, and I'd eat like one fourth of it and give up.
