As long as i steadily improve(which ive been doing) ill just keep up my style of training
Im open to knowledge tho
Well, I'm not of the mind of reinventing the wheel.
I run at a steady pace for 30 mins
A pace i can handle
Never do i slow the machine down
In the last minute i ramp up the speed
I understand hiit is one technique to improve your running.
It is
Im more concerned with steadiness
And improving my speed gradually
Simo Hayha was a true madlad
Yeah, and it is supposed to improve your steady state performance, too.
500+ confirmed kills
My friends train like that
But they arnt consistent and steady
So i out run them
And has 200+ on his Suomi Smg

And yeah, ignore what i posted at <#488450067951517696>
Okay, I'm not in the mood to argue. Just do whatever.
Mhmm
Ive read up that speed training also improves endurance
But its mentally tougher
Isnt fapping a endurance training
π€
Perhaps one day ill begin speed training
For now ill stick with consistent improvments
Dont mind what i posted
Its perfectly fine

Fast results are tempting to the laymen
But im in it for the long haul
Id rather stick with Slow and Consistent training
And also believe Skill beats Talent
Most talented people dont train as much as less talented individuals
Talent beats skill in the beginning, but if the talented person is a slacker, he wont win in the end
Example Allen Iverson
Maybe thats a bad example because basketball is a team sport
I love how people need to criticize you because you're more confident than them
