SCOTUS actually put the existing PA case aside(the one Alito made) because of this Texas one. The way it is written is wonderfully done as a legal argument and relies on constitutional limits to when an election is held, and charges the states in question with violating that, and therefore disenfrancising all 18 states now part of the case

I think the fact that these states also violated their own election laws is a factor

Arguing about unconstituional actions by PA SCOTUS

This brings in those other PA cases into this case as well

Not sure about the fraud case Trump and Sidney's teams wanted to bring seperately to the SCOTUS

Maybe saving that, for something else after, Military Tribunals perhaps, considering that involves foreign interference
