SCOTUS actually put the existing PA case aside(the one Alito made) because of this Texas one. The way it is written is wonderfully done as a legal argument and relies on constitutional limits to when an election is held, and charges the states in question with violating that, and therefore disenfrancising all 18 states now part of the case
