Basically, my dumbass didn't defrost the shit correctly, so the meat wouldn't mold together.
So it was falling apart in the pan
so i just mashed the shit up
cooked it
and made a taco
I mean. It's better than just straight tossing the meat, I guess
I wish I wasn't a dumbass about defrosting, though

It felt weird eating taco meat that was sitting in canola oil
