I began talking to this girl from Canada who I supposedly thought shared the same Christian values as I do. She ended up telling me that she would consider saving her virginity for me if we were to end up together. She eventually ended up sleeping with someone on the first date and telling me about it. I was devastated. I stopped talking to her, but my friend, whom I had introduced him to her before continues to speak with her in a way which he claims is “merely platonic.” But my gut feeling says not to trust him as something like that happened before with another friend and a close romantic interest of mine a few years earlier. I am going to state how I feel about him speaking with her tonight, and if he continues to do so in spite of that, I am considering no longer being his friend.
