Is there that much of a bridge between 21 and 26 year olds?

People who are like 2 years younger than me have a pretty big gap in what technology they grew up with

Girl I did a group project with was adamant about being in a snapchat group instead of a normal text group

Her friends are from Chicago maybe they're trendy over there

I've talked to people barely younger than me who don't remember Windows XP

The slang that keeps coming out makes me more and more crotchety

and it's not because I'm like "haha pop culture is cringe and bluepilled", I just don't have any interest in current pop music, TV shows, etc.

I never understand what it means because it makes no sense, most recent one I learned was "In my bag" means you're in your feelings

I make an effort to maintain friends that don't align with me politically and don't have an interest in politics. It's just that we talk about school, work, etc. rather than celebrities

I know we kind of meme on people talking about the latest movies out and sports and other mundane “normie” topics but they’re honestly crucial in socialization and if we want to grow and be successful we should absolutely encourage we get along and interact with everyday people

I don't watch Netflix because I don't have much interest in any specific shows, I watch like 2 channels, and I barely even actually watch them
