As a gangster it ment that you committed a crime and did your time. It was both a show of respect for keeping your mouth shut and it showed that you committed a crime big enough to get locked up for.
Phew I actually have no idea when exactly that was. But my city was founded by Roman's. It used to be a castrum. So it must have been right around the time Jesus was born, so towards the end. Because my city is almost exactly 2000 years old

Here is the second derailment on Norfolk southern's horse shoe curve . Both derailments were caused be empty center beam cars in the front of the train. The first one wasn't caught on camera to my knowledge.

I heard that when they’re out of stock, instead of taking the items down, they boost the prices to an absurd amount so no one buys it, then when they get it back in stock, the prices go back down
