and people speak with their actions
@Meryl.140.15 sagging pants became a gangster thing in the 80s I believe. It was because prisoners were never given the correct size clothes. So when they got out they wore big clothes to signify that they have been locked up.
@[TDE] Smokie Interesting. What a weird thing to be proud of and flaunt though.
As a gangster it ment that you committed a crime and did your time. It was both a show of respect for keeping your mouth shut and it showed that you committed a crime big enough to get locked up for.
Like a badge of honor type of thing
"honor"
Yeap
Phew I actually have no idea when exactly that was. But my city was founded by Roman's. It used to be a castrum. So it must have been right around the time Jesus was born, so towards the end. Because my city is almost exactly 2000 years old
Late to the party, but in the federal prison system, wearing your pants baggy is a sign that your ass is available.
wearing ur pants 1/2 off ur ass in public says the same thing....most of these kids thinks it's fashionable because some rapper did it....they didn't know the rapper was gay
LOL First day in prison, they gathered us together, and explained what it meant, then said if anyone was caught wearing them low they'd slap 'em into pants so tight they'd be *really* advertising.
i used to have a few gay neighbors ...they'd tell me shit when they're smoking weed
Yeap. Man have the times changed...
Lol
they weren't allowed to smoke in the place they were staying at..so they smoked on the porch
Here is the second derailment on Norfolk southern's horse shoe curve . Both derailments were caused be empty center beam cars in the front of the train. The first one wasn't caught on camera to my knowledge.
Edit, both of these happened last year
