100 pushups a day
10 k run a day ?
Yep
100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, run 10k, everyday.
But that's gold standard.
I know I can barely manage 2~3 pushups. But there's apps to help strengthen up.
My routine, 3 times a week :
10 pull ups
30 pushups
4 miles run
10 leg raises on pull up bar
Then two days a week I use weights at home:
30 bicep
30 tricep
100 sit-ups
I think I can go like 30 before I'm done
We can have a little celebration when each of us hits the gold standard.
It’s not too intense
I probably can't do 30 anymore though since its been so long since I lifted

I can force myself to do a couple of push ups, but my arms are done afterwards

Also, chest expander bands.
I like to do chair pushups since they require fewer
Counter pushups sounds good
Yes, start with knees down if need be, build strength.
Also , do sets of three good push ups, breaks in between .
I got nice, sturdy chairs
You're not at that stage yet
But counter pushups can be done off the counter
