But squats is terrible
and a 10k run is insane
So, we just check in with how we did that day.
doing a 100 squats would be like hell on earth
And a 10km run everyday is fucking psychopathic
Its about an hour once you're fit.
I mean jesus I do 2 miles a day already
I don't need 10 km
And we can report other things like weight, bf%, foods tat helped with recovery.
I'm not really into dieting
I just cut down sugar

Not trying to get super fit
Sugar and carbs , I have really cut back
You don't have to participate.
Yeah I'm way too lazy for that
lol
Then, when it comes time, you can search your name in the room and check your progress over time.
But publicly.
Ah
If it was somewhat easier I wouldn't mind

I mean if I really wanted to do it I don't think it would take very long
But damn

100 pushups a day
10 k run a day ?
Yep
100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, run 10k, everyday.
But that's gold standard.
We won't all start there.
I know I can barely manage 2~3 pushups. But there's apps to help strengthen up.
My routine, 3 times a week :
10 pull ups
30 pushups
4 miles run
10 leg raises on pull up bar
Then two days a week I use weights at home:
30 bicep
30 tricep
100 sit-ups
I think I can go like 30 before I'm done
We can have a little celebration when each of us hits the gold standard.
It’s not too intense
I probably can't do 30 anymore though since its been so long since I lifted
