I know I can barely manage 2~3 pushups. But there's apps to help strengthen up.

My routine, 3 times a week :
10 pull ups
30 pushups
4 miles run
10 leg raises on pull up bar
Then two days a week I use weights at home:
30 bicep
30 tricep
100 sit-ups
