well technically federal voting is done in person or via absentee ballot ..which is also done in person but ahead of time
no state can change that fact, it has to be approved by congress, then senate then president since it's federal level voting
any state that say it legalized federal voting via mail in ballots is lying it's asses off to make ur votes on federal/national elections invalid. it would only be legal for city/state elections

well all i can say is ...those ppl that have mail in vote option, go vote in person when voting for national elections ...don't vote by mail because odds are it won't be counted as legal
even if it does by some miracle to come in on time, it's still invalid because it's not nationally legal option for national elections

living in CA has just turned off my want to absorb local news
