I can see the idea of Trump getting some sort of sympathy vote, or proving that Covid maybe isn't that bad. But if it is discovered that he faked it, he will have lost. Seems like a big risk for just a % or two of potential sympathy votes.
Is there any way to see this in its full form? Seems easy to take things out of context when it is only 11 seconds ling.

well technically federal voting is done in person or via absentee ballot ..which is also done in person but ahead of time
no state can change that fact, it has to be approved by congress, then senate then president since it's federal level voting
any state that say it legalized federal voting via mail in ballots is lying it's asses off to make ur votes on federal/national elections invalid. it would only be legal for city/state elections
