Thanks Texas
Texas once again proving itself to be the best part of the US
Texas once again saving the republic
Texas is like Obi Wan before he fought Anakin in episode 3
βMy allegiance is to the republic, to democracy!β
Texas was like: "FOR THE REPUBLIC!"
but isnt this lawsuit putting the election automatically in dispute? there is no way the SCOUTS will decide on that case today and if not all disputes are settled today the election is disputed and goes to the House. or am I mising something?
The safe harbour deadline isn't in the constitution, it's a federal law, which is why it doesn't apply in contested election. I think Sydney Powell said something along the lines of that...
God bless you, Texas
Judging by the headline are they implying that itβs somehow righteous to commit voter fraud?
"3 states are going to the US Supreme Court" - Sidney
Hey Sidney, you got also one more state going to the SCOTUS.
Boy am I glad to be a part of Texas

Any questions remaining about the commie - Brian Kemp?
I mean his daughters boyfriend just got blown up, I reckon he's sweating bricks. He lost whatever backbone he had left
Wait
Texas sued?
Hehe
Although it's still a little boring
She specifically said *at least* three states, in mathematical formalism, that's n>= 3, which means that one more you mention is consistent with that inequality formalism.
Lol
Do we know anything about PA's response as ordered by Alito? Deadline is up...
i wouldnt move to texas. cali and texas may switch soon with cali going red and texas going blue
they are ruling today
dont get your hopes up

i can imagine that the scotus will be pissed that pa didnt listen
Well I hope it isn't about luck but rather about making a good case, and I think the lawsuit, when judged on its merits, won't be dismissed
why would they want them to segregate ballots?
That sounds interesting. From a legal perspective though, does Texas have the grounds to sue other states? (hopefully they do)
every state has the right to sue other states
God bless America
but what are they trying to accomplish with these lawsuits
