Any questions remaining about the commie - Brian Kemp?

2020-12-08 14:06:10 UTC

I mean his daughters boyfriend just got blown up, I reckon he's sweating bricks. He lost whatever backbone he had left

2020-12-08 14:19:59 UTC

Wait

2020-12-08 14:20:03 UTC

2020-12-08 14:20:06 UTC

Hehe

2020-12-08 14:20:16 UTC

Maybe I dont mind living here :)

2020-12-08 14:20:23 UTC

Although it's still a little boring

2020-12-08 14:22:18 UTC

She specifically said *at least* three states, in mathematical formalism, that's n>= 3, which means that one more you mention is consistent with that inequality formalism.

2020-12-08 14:25:21 UTC

Lol

2020-12-08 14:31:59 UTC

Do we know anything about PA's response as ordered by Alito? Deadline is up...

2020-12-08 14:32:14 UTC

i wouldnt move to texas. cali and texas may switch soon with cali going red and texas going blue

2020-12-08 14:32:23 UTC

2020-12-08 14:34:06 UTC

i can imagine that the scotus will be pissed that pa didnt listen

2020-12-08 14:34:21 UTC

Well I hope it isn't about luck but rather about making a good case, and I think the lawsuit, when judged on its merits, won't be dismissed

2020-12-08 14:34:21 UTC

why would they want them to segregate ballots?

2020-12-08 14:34:30 UTC

That sounds interesting. From a legal perspective though, does Texas have the grounds to sue other states? (hopefully they do)

2020-12-08 14:34:55 UTC

every state has the right to sue other states

2020-12-08 14:35:08 UTC

God bless America

2020-12-08 14:35:10 UTC

but what are they trying to accomplish with these lawsuits

2020-12-08 14:35:18 UTC

whether it has the grounds or not isn't really the question

2020-12-08 14:36:20 UTC

most likely to bring up dominion machines first, texas refused to install them state wide..but some dem areas in texas installed them

2020-12-08 14:38:37 UTC

I know that the states have the right to sue other states. I'm just worried that depending on the way it's worded, it may get thrown out because someone says something like "the matters in our state (for the election) don't concern you and we (those states) didn't do anything that Texas has any legal standing to sue us over" (I'm just worried that it won't work).

2020-12-08 14:39:14 UTC

Because it’s a nationwide issue, isn’t it immediately pushed to Federal Courts?

2020-12-08 14:40:03 UTC

was filed in a federal court

2020-12-08 14:40:03 UTC

It is filed in SCOTUS

2020-12-08 14:40:13 UTC

make cali great again

2020-12-08 14:40:15 UTC

scotus is a federal court

2020-12-08 14:40:44 UTC

Does it go straight to SCOTUS? I thought it would start lower in the Federal Courts?

2020-12-08 14:40:45 UTC

scotus is the closest anyone can get to being above the law

2020-12-08 14:41:00 UTC

they are the law

2020-12-08 14:41:09 UTC

Exactly

2020-12-08 14:41:19 UTC

That was Trumps strategy all along

2020-12-08 14:41:30 UTC

Get it to Supreme Court and win

2020-12-08 14:41:31 UTC

Lol Texas is suing other states?
