Both brined 2 days rub is for the pork shoulder the beef is gonna just need salt black pepper and garlic powder. Gonna smoke Both around 10 hours
You should check out dry brining
Imo it's better in general, and sure as heck a lot easier

@SnowWhite❄ You shouldn't joke about MREs... When I was on the Peace Corps we LOVED those. We would beg visiting green berets for them. For us, they might as well have been ambrosia.
