meh, gluten is good, but I get hella dry skin if I eat much at all. :/ Going on a gluten-free diet, more or less, has led be to me find better food alternatives and even has forced me to learn to cook some stuff. point being: gluten free isnt all bad.

that said, It is ridiculously hard to find GF bread and not have it taste too dry or too gooey.

so it's not natural, healthy gluten it actually makes you sick
