If it helps, they taught us at CFA to put the shiny side of the lettuce up and to tear the leaves in half and overlap them several times to achieve the fullest and juiciest appearance possible, which it looks like you did. Another thing that they teach us is to have the leaves just barely extend past the meat so that the lettuce shows but doesn't get in the way when you're eating.
