Me myself, I prefer the grass fed beef.
I find it interesting that they say that grass fed beef is firmer. Earlier this week, we had some extremely tender grass fed steaks.
Additionally, in other videos, comments have said said that Filet Mignon has no flavor.
I guess it's due to myself buying grass fed mignons when they go on sale but, Grass Fed Filet Mignons have a very high-dense mineral flavor.

My first meal prep experience. Breakfast is Greek Joghurt with Huckleberry Jam and roasted walnuts. First Dinner is plaice fish with tomatoes, black salsify roots and herb quinoa. Second dinner is a Superfood salad. Contains Baby spinach, wild rice, lentils, sunflower seeds and eggs
Will last for 5 days
For Thanksgiving, I am going to have Venison Backstraps and turkey (maybe ham).

bro that looks hella delicious! If it helps, they taught us at CFA to put the shiny side of the lettuce up and to tear the leaves in half and overlap them several times to achieve the fullest and juiciest appearance possible, which it looks like you did. Another thing that they teach us is to have the leaves just barely extend past the meat so that the lettuce shows but doesn't get in the way when you're eating.
As for the fries, we actually charge extra for well-done fries! Those look perfect! <:KEK:726877368601411624>
