My favorite meal has always been:

Grandparents have always been picky about how well their steak is cooked to the point that they ruined it.. π Literally made rubber because it was medium and hated the rubber.

130Β° with the right cut is ridiculously tender and melt in the mouth
I cook it at around 150-155. I think I'm going to move from using olive oil and use butter instead. I notice that butter leaves a much nicer sear on the steak.
Do you add herbs like rosemary when you sear?
