In a row or in total
Or like pyramiding it until you can't do anymore
Oh well I don't know either
I can do 10 pullups in a row
Its been a while for me
1000 <:shrekhmm:594037532568846346>
consecutively i think my record is 60, but if i take 2 minute breaks between sets i can do 200
Wow!
I never even reached 40
Are we talking all the way to the ground or 90°?
all the way to the ground
Noice
Time to reach 40!
A worthy goal
don't quote me on this, but in high school i did cross country and i did the 3 mile race in 22, almost 21 minutes, and someone told me that's like navy seal times or something. i never double checked tho
Ok
Thats pretty nutty
My goal is 3 in 30
Guess i have to buff up hardcore
Turn into...
To qoute Alex Jones
Im a lover and thats why im a fighter
Man... I'm turning nihilistic like hell... I don't want to be stuck in it but it's almost melancholy
I just want to find something worth doing for the rest of my life now...

@Happy Humble Hermit the three mile run for marines requires 18 minutes or under to get a perfect score on that portion of a PFT, I don’t know if navy seals have the same standardized test as every branch varies, but it’s very likely it’s the same
22 is passing probably
Yeah, it’s an automatic fail at 28
New goal
Sub 28
Perhaps 25
Hahaha 20 - 23 is ideal imo, fastest time you can get without sacrificing other areas of health
That's intense as fuck
I can barely run a sub 8 mile let alone ***three***
To get to the top, you have to be intense
