I've been working on my Ugly again. The canopies for the gunner pods were lost, so I'm having to attempt a fix well past when I should have.

One side cut out, the other still needs it.

I just wish I'd known I lost the canopies before I assembled this much. Cutting and trimming is a bitch.

I can, by the looks of the plastic

And I still have to make hatches for the top now to fit.

Not just the thickness, but the shapes you have to cut out too

Dremel cutting wheel to start, sander to shape, then hand-carving with Exacto, and sanding.

I also make Architectural designs (mostly around subway stations)

I feel lucky that the only piece of my 1999 reproduction of the Kenner Millennium Falcon that I lost was the gun on top. Sad. But at least I haven’t lost anything else.
