Gerrymandering is a common problem in republics, if you want to be taken seriously you should understand these common and obvious issues

2020-12-29 19:28:12 UTC

Woa big brains in the house

2020-12-29 19:28:18 UTC

Yes, yes I am

2020-12-29 19:28:34 UTC

If Chicago wasn't so damned blue and there wasn't so much fraud (I'm not talking about the 2020 election) Illinois would be red

2020-12-29 19:28:45 UTC

Nobody was even talking about gerrymandering to begin with

2020-12-29 19:28:54 UTC

Just nuke Chicago, problem solved

2020-12-29 19:28:54 UTC

not big brain. You know Matt Braynard? He was the one that introduced me to gerrymandering (being one himself)

2020-12-29 19:29:03 UTC

Idk who that is

2020-12-29 19:29:07 UTC

Gerrymandering is done by any political party in power.

2020-12-29 19:29:07 UTC

It was in the article I first posted amongst other things beside ID laws, you chose to focus on ID laws @Mcgoober

2020-12-29 19:29:11 UTC

google him

2020-12-29 19:29:20 UTC

Ok

2020-12-29 19:29:30 UTC

CGP Grey introduced me to it.

2020-12-29 19:29:33 UTC

well

2020-12-29 19:29:34 UTC

sort of

2020-12-29 19:29:41 UTC

I knew about it before

2020-12-29 19:29:49 UTC

but he explained it in a way I understood

2020-12-29 19:30:05 UTC

<:Brainlet:752612764287238240>

2020-12-29 19:30:14 UTC

again. gerrymandering is done by BOTH sides of the parties.

2020-12-29 19:30:25 UTC

Again I never claimed otherwise @isoboto

2020-12-29 19:30:28 UTC

CGP Grey is awesome. i like him a lot

2020-12-29 19:30:36 UTC

You trying to start shit with me?

2020-12-29 19:30:37 UTC

Bottom line is if ur so dumb you can't figure out how to get an id of some kind you shouldn't be voting anyways

2020-12-29 19:31:27 UTC

And yes even those poor oppressed minorities down here can afford the $15 id fee thingy

2020-12-29 19:31:30 UTC

Bottom line is if you don't know what gerrymandering is maybe you're not in a position to say voter suppression doesnt exist

2020-12-29 19:31:32 UTC

<:KEK:726877368601411624> I never thought I'd be supporting something McG says

2020-12-29 19:31:40 UTC

He literally lives in the South.

2020-12-29 19:31:50 UTC

Cool

2020-12-29 19:31:57 UTC

I am very certain he knows what goes on there.

2020-12-29 19:32:00 UTC

So the south has voter suppression?

2020-12-29 19:32:09 UTC

<:YouKnowTheThing:723005092764319776>

2020-12-29 19:32:13 UTC

I'll actually somewhat agree with this. It shows a degree of ignorance to the actual problem when you aren't familiar with issues like Gerrymandering

2020-12-29 19:32:17 UTC

Not since poll taxes and literacy tests<:KEK:726877368601411624> <:KEK:726877368601411624>

2020-12-29 19:32:30 UTC

lol
>"not enough minorities have voter IDs"
>"thus we should abolish voter IDs and make the voting process less secured"

2020-12-29 19:32:35 UTC

Ok i apologize fornthe cardinal sin of not knowing the definition of a word

2020-12-29 19:33:03 UTC

@VulpesVulpes I like you, idk your political beliefs but you're pragmatic and I respect that

2020-12-29 19:33:50 UTC

I'm rightwing, but I have a high degree of apathy and contempt for humanity, so It makes me come off more like a centerist. Usually.

2020-12-29 19:33:50 UTC

It's either being pragmatic or having your head in the clouds

2020-12-29 19:34:36 UTC

@isoboto Vulpes and I said that IDs should be free and not require a trip to the DMV, I dont see how thats undermining voter ID laws and making voting less secure?

2020-12-29 19:35:01 UTC

sure, that's somewhere to start with
