I refuse to use facebook, but I know a decent amount about electronics, just a pain in the butt to actually do it and then afterwards I'd have to probably modify the charger in some way

Since the old ones were NiCad batteries, I know they don't charge at the same rate so there's a lot of work, but it really is the coolest drill I've ever seen

Maybe. It isn't something I'm likely going to be able to do soon honestly, especially since it'll probably cost a decent amount to get the correct parts and such
