Pretty sure you'd bring up this point before you admit a crime, also you're trying to say they sent in litigation to this affect and were allowed access to election systems -- something they've tried to this point and failed at.

We don't know if he was granted access to attempt from higher access, we don't know if the machines were connected after making it irrelevant.
But we do know they can by their manual.

Again, using some common sense as a programmer: It's most likely Dominion uses a system close to the one that companies used to use with Outlook services in offices, a local network unable to be accessed without a direct connection to the server which relays data and has far more strict rules on what comes in and goes out. @TaLoN132 Since you share the same sort of job title, I'd like your opinion on this as well.
