The PA Boockvar case went all the way to the US SC where they allowed the PA SC decision to stand after a 4-4 decision where Roberts sided with the "liberal" judges.

The did not hear the Act 77 case, because they would not have granted the relief sought. If you look at the ruling in the SC case - - where state officials relaxed the requirement to require witness signatures for mail-in ballots - determined that state officials did not have a justification for relaxing that requirement because it didn't subject voters to a significant health risk to get the witness signatures (it's not like they would have to stand in line like voting in person, for example). So, the SC ruled that they needed to reinstate the witness signature requirement. However, they recognized that people who had already voted had done so in good faith and ordered that any ballots received without witness signatures that were postmarked within three days of their order would be counted.

So, even if the SC ruled that a particular law was unconstitutional, they already set the precedent that votes cast in good faith - even if technically improper - would be counted. You were never going to see ANY votes cast in good faith get thrown out. It was always going to require that fraud be proven in order for the election results to be questioned - and enough fraud to make a difference in the outcome, because there is no way to know how anyone voted due to ballot secrecy.

The Texas case was the pinnacle of hypocrisy. The TX AG was suing the other states for doing the same thing that they had done in TX. Texas seems to have been extremely adept at suppressing the vote. TX and FL both had about 11M ballots cast in the election - TX has 7.5M more residents than FL.
