I mean, taking down whatever amount of non-cp would be worth getting rid of a large amount of exploitative content. Besides, most of the regulations imposed wouldn’t be a 70 year old man being hired to detect this stuff. I’m not sure what you’re specifically referring to as far as statistics go... yes, there has been a decrease in rapes over the years as access to pornography increased. However, the question of whether porn access can have positive or negative influences on the desire for one to sexually assault someone depends on many different factors that change for every individual (correlation =/= causation). I also must say that correlation between the two is very low if not non existent, and studies that were published on the matter could only arrive at conclusions through great generalizations. The decrease in rape could very much be happening less frequently primarily because women feel safer/confident speaking out. A compelling case could made for the contrary, that pornography can pervert the perception of women that men can have and be more prone to objectifying and sexually assaulting them.

I’m a little disappointed, Trump wound up signing the original package. Redlined certain items and is suggesting congress change it BUT he signed the original bill so suggestions is all he can do. The $900B/600 per US citizen (1800 per illegal immigrant) bill is the one that is now official
