That’s a governmental issue. And a societal one. Not a judicial problem. Government funding paid black women to kick the father from the home. They got paid for each child they have living with them. So, they removed the men and had more children. Growing up in a fatherless home is more likely to result in a life of crime. Then the cycle repeats itself
