how about democratically run corperation

theres a idea of having democracy in a corperation, but teh porblem is "the big picture" business decisions need some level of specialzation, and the training for that may be impracitcal for people who also specialize in other positions of teh corporation especially given the little influence one has without majority support vs teh cost of also specializing in business politics


it may be still possible especially if there are a maximum amount of people who can specialize in buisnes politics, that way its easier to leak out corruption (excess selfishnessa0 if it happens b/c its harder to keep a secret with more people, plus its easier to get fewer people to agree with unpopular ideas, assuming corruption will probably be unpopular given the more socio economic stability that comes from non-selfishness, non
-materialism, and teh fact that materialism and selfishness arnt necessary means to self satisfaction ( for ex religious people arnt so sensitive to material loss, although religion isnt a necessary way to curing materialism/selfishness, there are non religious people who show that)
