no one likes nor respects a victim
especially one of their own making

victims should speak about the crimes done agtainst them

I just realized that no one speculated on what the saying meant.
i did
scroll up
i gave my answer
and then a couple of people re worded it
I believe the saying is meant to say that only a small number of people will actually understand and follow the true teachings of Christ, thus making only "one out of a thousand" or "two out of ten thousand" being the true followers of Jesus.
and as the population grows larger then u get a society that perpetuates and justifies evil
like a single apple can spoil the bunch
It's not that unrealistic of a number, only around 30% of the planets total population is Christian, and that in itself is divided into thousands of different denominations which interpret Christianity differently, or even come up with entirely new texts; Like the Mormons.
and dont even get started on the false prophets and cults
The Mor[m]ons
the basis of their religion is a placemat from the ancient Egyptian equivalent of a McDonalds
@gorgonzhola maybe it is a guess on the ratio, referring to God's method of how he chooses a perfect example like Jesus.
Biblical Question: he meant only a few people will truly be Christian and follow God. Do not be surprised the world hates God.
Jesus was trying to tell us that he ain’t gonna pick everybody who wanna come.
> ***__What did Jesus mean when he said: “Out of 1,000 I’ll choose one of you, and out of 10,000 I’ll choose two of you." __*** @everyone
@gorgonzhola
He was referring to Price's law
is it ok to doubt Thomas?
