So do I. But I don't support their right to sue me or the states right to penalize me for disagreeing with that person's delusion
why do you think that people that embrace who they are is an attack on them š¤·āāļø
Wokeness :)
If I want to be an Apache attack helicopter I sure can. But you are under no obligation to change the words you use based on my pretending.
People donāt normally have an issue with people wanting to pretend. Itās when they are forced to partake in the pretending where they draw a hard ānopeā.
An apache helicopter? If dragqueens want to dress up in womens clothing and pretend its a free country. They are cool with who they are š¤·āāļø
Uhh, back to the topic, please?
@RoseRN, you just advanced to level 2!
if you want to put on a cardboard box and a propeller hat and wander the steets making helicopter noises go for it š send a video
If you are dressing up as something other than what you are doesnāt that mean you arenāt cool with who you are?
Come on guys. Get real

So they just found 170k ballots linked to nobody in michigan? Can someone confirm?
@Just A Dad Gamer It is actually too late now... its beyond the safe harbor. So if the case wasn't filed already the cert definitely couldn't be stopped.
@AntiFish03 from my understanding. The Legislator can still choose not have electors. Then the process plays out that I aint typin lul
Fair... if the legislature decides to take the choice from the voters they can do that
Its in their purview.
But that is also what is part of Texas v. Penn...
Some state legislatures have delegated the selection of the electors from themselves
in violation of the Constitution
There is precedent for a state splitting... Virginia and West Virginia but that's definitely not how it happened.
People gonwanna eat in coastal Cali.
Might want to redraw some lines.
Letās go secession!
Agreed.
Ok, I have to admit, I think that might be a first on the brief from would be successionist states
@Uncivil Law, you just advanced to level 4!
That is .... a thing that happened I guess
Linked to nobody?
What's the violation of Constitution?
@Dedkraken Michigan Election Law Act 116 of 1954 Sec. 759 paragraph (3) lists three ways how applications for absent voter ballots may be made. IMO the election laws were not violated by the voters of Michigan using the applications provided by the MI Sec of State, so the votes from those ballots were placed constitutionally. I do think MI Sec of State violated the election laws distributing the applications and should face penalties for that violation. The process Michigan used that did violate their election laws is allowing absentee ballots applications via their website without signatures. The votes received from the ballots requested on the website were placed in violation of Michiganās election laws and should not be counted. Sadly, I am one of those voters who requested their ballot without providing my signature via the website.
