What are your thoughts on the C-Span clip circulating in which a report of a SCOTUS staffer was being discussed. The staffer alleges having heard a heated debate where yelling was heard through the walls and one justice saying, “I don’t give a “F” about Bush v Gore. We didn’t have riots then.” Who holds SCOTUS accountable for making a fear based decision and not doing their job?

This shouldn't be difficult to prove.. Honestly if there's something going on in the Government, they don't need a warrant to pull CDRs and that would probably be where they'd fine hard evidence of this.

As far as the justice yelling, if it was not true, wouldn't the other justices have came out publicly and debunked it. I dont think that has been done.

Apparently Supreme Court justices should have the time and inclination to personally address every whack job's clearly absurd stories. The video posted above captures the essence of how ridiculous it was and the not so extremely subtle red flags regarding the source.

we should make a law that mandates SCOTUS to hear every claim of fraud. The people has a right to be heard! It is taxpayer money, now the taxpayer want to speak, and the SCOTUS should be made to listen. To-every-single-one. 😄
