No I think it is a loss for the defense. It is really hard to point fingers at someone else when they are in the courtroom pointing fingers right back at you!

I think defense attorneys forget the burden being on the prosecution therefore if the burden wasn’t met there should be no need to use alternative suspects as defense strategy
