They are asking for a manual recount . That is stipulated in the law i believe it is 16602 8(e)

Meglide sorry i doubt snopes as a reliable source. Since it gives opinions mixed with facts. Since this guy was arrested does not mean he is guilty but for snopes to say little evidence when that evidence has not been presented.
