@realz okay, I get it now. I was thinking Dominion was an electronic ballot casting system but it's actually just a ballot counting machine! Yes, hand count them definitely! What about software/servers for electronic ballots., though? In Texas, in-person voting is purely electronic from start to finish. Our drivers license or ID cards are scanned. We verify our info on a tablet and electronically sign. We then go inside a room with electronic, touchscreen ballots. Zero paper process which can easily be hacked or completely altered with no trace, it seems.
A tech malfunction caused problems in the dem Iowa Caucus early this year is it same problem now... they seem have same type issues. the company Shadow, Inc now (Bluelink) was involved

The Dallas Jones one was 11/15. The 134 count one was September but it was just one guy, I recall...but not Dallas Jones for sure.

I just heard Wayne County certified their votes. Earlier in this thread it was said they refused to. Any clarification on this?
As far as I know from people that live there they are split down party lines and will have to go to the state board.

There’s a stipulation that if a full audit is not conducted by the Secretary of State the certification is void.
