I am not talking to you. Everything you say is wrong. Go watch 30 hours of videos to learn something.

2020-11-29 14:44:31 UTC

Probably... there is so much going on... nobody will be right 100%.

That and the human component makes it even harder as that is never a factual component

2020-11-29 14:44:41 UTC

Clearly doesn’t want your help

2020-11-29 14:44:56 UTC

Good morning everyone, I see this conversation isn't working out too well.

2020-11-29 14:44:57 UTC

Uhu, now keep reading...

2020-11-29 14:45:44 UTC

That reaction was made because yes, it is not possible to give you insight in every single claim made

2020-11-29 14:45:47 UTC

Just a little hiccup

2020-11-29 14:46:01 UTC

Try refuting the constitutionality argument though.

2020-11-29 14:46:09 UTC

Morning maw! Sleep well?

2020-11-29 14:46:38 UTC

I woke up 3-4 different times (semi-normal), but for the most part yes. Thank you for asking!

2020-11-29 14:47:07 UTC

Ppl just get way too emotional 😪

2020-11-29 14:47:13 UTC

Same thing lately... getting old i gues

2020-11-29 14:47:39 UTC

Oh this has happened for a long while, since I was in my early/mid-twenties.

2020-11-29 14:47:40 UTC

Yeah character flaw of mine when it's a subject i care about.

2020-11-29 14:47:54 UTC

Which is where i am ... ish..

2020-11-29 14:48:00 UTC

I think the PA supreme court ruled on the unconstitutionality argument last night and it didn't fly, no?

2020-11-29 14:48:18 UTC

Then you're still very young, and you should cherish every moment you have with your youth!

2020-11-29 14:48:34 UTC

Am I right in sayin PA has gone slightly rogue?

2020-11-29 14:48:38 UTC

In the parnell case it didnt

2020-11-29 14:48:45 UTC

Unless there is an update

2020-11-29 14:49:10 UTC

Don’t sweat it just recognize when you’re getting emotional and bring it back. It doesn’t help your arguments to be getting emotional

2020-11-29 14:49:42 UTC

As far as i know, the parnell case claiming constitutionallity was accepted on its merrits

2020-11-29 14:50:07 UTC

The trump case gor dismissed with prejudice... but that was just a call to amend the claim no?

2020-11-29 14:50:13 UTC

Pa sc is totally rogue the opinion in the lasted case is ridiculous. Dismissed bc the claim wasnt brought in a timely manner such bs

2020-11-29 14:51:52 UTC

The opinion was more elegant than that. It was based on the convenient timing of the objection to the constitutionality and that American voters voted in good faith.

2020-11-29 14:52:04 UTC

Yet if they guy brought the claim earlier he would’ve been dismissed for lacking standing bc he wasn’t a candidate at the time of the regulation being passed. Totally political ruling it’s horrible

2020-11-29 14:52:36 UTC

Yeah I agree I read the opinion I’m just paraphrasing

2020-11-29 14:54:14 UTC

Maybe political, idk. But that the Trump appointee wrote the opinion was probably not mere coincidence.

2020-11-29 14:54:58 UTC

Zulu. Insight on my parnell comment?

2020-11-29 14:55:24 UTC

Hang on. Let me find it.

2020-11-29 14:56:01 UTC

Thanks. I though as i said. It was challenging the const. Of mail in.

And was accepted. With opinion stating it might win on merrit.

2020-11-29 14:56:08 UTC

Dont kbow what the relief asked was though

2020-11-29 14:57:21 UTC

To me the logic to dismiss is ridiculous. Maybe I’m biased but after reading the constitution it’s seems very clear that act 77 is unconstitutional now determining a fair remedy is the issue. If the opinion was based on the claim that’s a diff story it was dismissed bc of a procedural/technicality reason that’s why I say it’s political

2020-11-29 14:57:26 UTC

What about military absentee ballots though?

2020-11-29 14:57:37 UTC

Looks like all the government wants Trump out office

2020-11-29 14:57:49 UTC

Should we disenfranchise overseas voters?

2020-11-29 14:58:11 UTC

Isn’t there a difference between Mail-in and absentee? Genuinely asking

2020-11-29 14:58:32 UTC

Universal mail-in and absentee? Sure.

2020-11-29 14:59:05 UTC

The military also has a few more options and extra leeway than the average person.

2020-11-29 14:59:14 UTC

> Zulu. Insight on my parnell comment?
@andrasol Yes, that's the one we were talking about.

2020-11-29 14:59:28 UTC

E.g: They can cast ballots before the ballots are actually printed in the state.
