"Too late your honor. 🙂 "
That would be good for the Senate race. Sweet.
Dominion s licensing agreement / NDA does not allow them to discuss this matter any further.
That's what subpoenas are for.
the only chance for anything in PA being determined unconstitutional is the sec of state changing the deadline and even without those ballots cast after the original deadline Biden still wins PA
They wiped it... like in a plasma furnace... per of the contract.
Sorry, they fell out of the plane.
Also they happened to explode when they hit the ground. 🤷♂️
Typically on a criminal investigation the investigators use the element of surprise... in order to find evidence.
Which leads to all sorts of terrible circumstances.
The only thing that will be a surprise as if there's any evidence left at this point, if there was any in the first place.
I know you know this, but to clarify those ballots still had to be postmarked 11/3 - so they were cast on election day, but she wanted to allow 3 extra days for them to be received since there were reports of engineered delays at the USPS. The total number received in those 3 days was less than 10k, apparently.
None of the actual hand filled out ballots are left.
The only thing that'll be a surprise is if there isn't a freedom-loving American with a gun pointed at you for kicking in their door.
Sorry, I highly dislike no-knock warrants. Had to get that off my chest.
They happened well before that.
Particularly with organized crime rings.
And in search of wanted fugitives.
Murder suspects, etc.
English common law has required law enforcement to knock-and-announce since at least Semayne's case (1604), and in Miller v. United States (1958), the Supreme Court of the United States recognized that police must give notice before making a forced entry.[2] In the U.S. federal criminal law, the rule generally requiring knock-and-announce is codified at 18 U.S.C § 3109.[3]
However, in Wilson v. Arkansas (1995) the Court created an exception to prevent the destruction of evidence and in Hudson v. Michigan (2006) the Court, by a 5–4 vote, held the exclusionary rule does not require the suppression of evidence police seize during an illegal forced entry.[2]
Fugitive warrants are different.
Yes, organized crime was rampant in the 50s.
But sure.
Popularized by the War on Drugs.
Made more ubiquitous by the War on Drugs.
Agreed.
The War on Drugs has not done anything for American citizens civil rights.
no knock warrants have proliferated across Europe without war on drugs too
Except take them.away.
Thought crimez?
anti-terror acts do all that and more
since the late 90s they've been gaining momentum
recently the thought crime aspect is getting very pervasive
So you might be a terrorist if you say anything contrary to the government/ owners narrative?
in Scotland if your kid tells a teacher that daddy things negatively of multiculturalism or is against BLM, etc
that's grounds for arrest
Damn...
that'll make you love the brown shirts... as they're bashing your skull in.
also children can start trans drugs at school without parental consent or even knowledge
that's UK-wide this year, has been the case in Scotland for a few years
