The only thing that will be a surprise as if there's any evidence left at this point, if there was any in the first place.

I know you know this, but to clarify those ballots still had to be postmarked 11/3 - so they were cast on election day, but she wanted to allow 3 extra days for them to be received since there were reports of engineered delays at the USPS. The total number received in those 3 days was less than 10k, apparently.

2020-11-30 04:35:45 UTC

None of the actual hand filled out ballots are left.

2020-11-30 04:35:49 UTC

The only thing that'll be a surprise is if there isn't a freedom-loving American with a gun pointed at you for kicking in their door.

2020-11-30 04:36:17 UTC

Sorry, I highly dislike no-knock warrants. Had to get that off my chest.

2020-11-30 04:37:13 UTC

No knock warrants are a.by product of the War on Drugs.

2020-11-30 04:37:53 UTC

They happened well before that.

2020-11-30 04:38:46 UTC

Particularly with organized crime rings.

2020-11-30 04:38:55 UTC

And in search of wanted fugitives.

2020-11-30 04:39:02 UTC

Murder suspects, etc.

2020-11-30 04:40:27 UTC

English common law has required law enforcement to knock-and-announce since at least Semayne's case (1604), and in Miller v. United States (1958), the Supreme Court of the United States recognized that police must give notice before making a forced entry.[2] In the U.S. federal criminal law, the rule generally requiring knock-and-announce is codified at 18 U.S.C § 3109.[3]

However, in Wilson v. Arkansas (1995) the Court created an exception to prevent the destruction of evidence and in Hudson v. Michigan (2006) the Court, by a 5–4 vote, held the exclusionary rule does not require the suppression of evidence police seize during an illegal forced entry.[2]

2020-11-30 04:40:55 UTC

Fugitive warrants are different.

2020-11-30 04:41:01 UTC

Yes, organized crime was rampant in the 50s.

2020-11-30 04:41:09 UTC

But sure.

2020-11-30 04:41:27 UTC

Popularized by the War on Drugs.

2020-11-30 04:41:46 UTC

Made more ubiquitous by the War on Drugs.

2020-11-30 04:41:54 UTC

Agreed.

2020-11-30 04:42:28 UTC

The War on Drugs has not done anything for American citizens civil rights.

2020-11-30 04:42:50 UTC

no knock warrants have proliferated across Europe without war on drugs too

2020-11-30 04:43:08 UTC

Except take them.away.

2020-11-30 04:43:29 UTC

Thought crimez?

2020-11-30 04:43:47 UTC

2020-11-30 04:44:53 UTC

So you might be a terrorist if you say anything contrary to the government/ owners narrative?

2020-11-30 04:44:57 UTC
