and yea Trump appointed him
and well, he wasn't great IMO
Bolton wanted to sell books. Nobody puts credence in what he says.
Bolton or Krebs?
Bolton
@TaLoN132 lots of news organizations used to be highly regarded for News like content but after consolidation they are a little more than an advertisement platform for their primary shareholders' interests.
I don't think Krebs' work is as public
most people wouldn't have even heard of him two weeks ago, let alone the details of his work
which is probably mostly behind the scenes
What makes 60 minutes not credible? Trump storming off? 😅
if someone questioned 60 minutes I missed it
Did you watch the 60 Minutes interview?
personally I have no opinion about it, I will watch the interview later today
I am willing to bet that the Biden team is going to call him as an expert witness at some point.
I just think it's funny that people would just take the guy's word
this is like my cousin when I told him if he thinks his gf cheats on him (because I saw her around)
Hes only probably a good witness for the kraken if it ever grows legs
and he said "no, she told me she doesn't"
Whose word?
in this case Krebs' (haven't watched the interview yet)
There were several reports when he was fired where reporters went to get dirt on him. Not one of his subordinates had anything but glowing things to say about him - after he was fired. That's exceedingly rare. I have not seen one negative report. 60 Minutes reported that many Republican Senators vouched for him.
that's usually the case in that kind of role...
if you work in management and you do well with your subordinates they will speak well of you
nothing to do with your actual perf
I mean, you can do fantastically well as a coworker in the social sense
and your machines get hacked
and nobody find out
totally separate issues
6:45 I can finally go get some food 😄 see you guys later
Information is being freely presented it is likely little more the propaganda.
Just saying
I think I may have mentioned before that I have worked with the Entertainment Industry most of my professional career. I have worked with Fox, NBC/Universal, Viacom/Paramount/a division of CBS - I haven't done much with Disney/ABC, though. I've worked with entertainment companies of all sizes since the early 90's. I'm pretty aware of the incestuous nature of the business, in general. More so than most. I also know many of the individuals that work for these companies and they are fine people that are all just trying to do a good job. I don't know the folks at 60 Minutes, though.
If it is censored or withheld it is more likely truthful.
Hasn’t capitalism and democracy co existed for a long time
The people who work within organizations are different from the people who owned the primary equity of the organization.
How does easy accurate sources being censored make it more accurate? Doesnt make sense.
What is this democracy you're talking about?
Mostly that is owned by investment Banks. That tend to own most everything else.
