@andrasol that was the Georgia GOP , in PA it was the gop that didn’t complete the amendment process. So far all the issues in these states were initiated by the GOP
In MI, the State election board is there to certify that they have received certifications from all of the County boards. It's an administrative step and their law does not ask them to certify the validity of the county certifications. Only that they did indeed certify them.
