No no-there is a claim being made.
It was admitted by Wayne county officials that they did not hire non partisan ballot counters at the legal limits
Well for instance in philly iirc legally each party gets 134 poll watchers. Each party got that many but another 100 GOP poll watchers demanded entry in violation of local laws. This has been consistently branded by Trump and Guiliani as being removed or unable to view things.

Michigan has poll watchers from both parties but then also neutral volunteer arbiters
If the poll watchers were unjustly kicked out, IMO they have a moral duty to stop the vote count by any means necessary
