Taking 1 question and getting destroyed and fleeing to a safe space was funny

> She pointed out the illegal conduct that took place while acquiring the vote count. Which makes the votes illegal.
@Repeat She *alleged* that illegal conduct took place.

2020-12-02 20:37:51 UTC

@Zuluzeit, you just advanced to level 25!

2020-12-02 20:38:38 UTC

How can the Georgia recount and the Kraken both be true? Simple my boy we just gave Georgia to Mexico enjoy the wall

2020-12-02 20:38:54 UTC

@james j i never said it did. you brought it up... i just responded but okay.

2020-12-02 20:40:44 UTC

She said “A person shall not threaten or intimidate a challenger while performing an activity which is allowed.” It’s a misdemeanor crime. This crime prohibited challengers from doing their job.

2020-12-02 20:41:11 UTC

@abracadabra.holmes he needs viewership and attention to build his network. Also it’s not on me to figure out what evidence is for mass widespread voter fraud. It’s such a nebulous accusation that trump needs to define and also show the proof of. Then others can look at the evidence and see if it checks out and is irrefutable. So far we dont have that

2020-12-02 20:41:13 UTC

MC 168.733 specifically

2020-12-02 20:41:58 UTC

@abracadabra.holmes then why did you bring it up, and then after I address it you accuse me of bringing it up? I didn’t bring up racism

2020-12-02 20:42:03 UTC

Is weird that this chat is not full of Trump2020 fans

2020-12-02 20:42:07 UTC

That seems to be a law, yes.

2020-12-02 20:43:05 UTC

And these votes were counted while this law was broken. I would have to rewatch again but I’m pretty sure more than this one law was broken.

2020-12-02 20:43:29 UTC

To be fair... She pointed out that she allowed what she believed to be felonious behavior - the dropping off of 50 ballots by a single person (as someone who purported to be election law expert and who had worked for the state) - and did nothing about it at the time. I found that strange. So, her testimony was having witnessed illegal activity with no specifics - it would have been really good to have been able to refer to a police report, an official complaint, something... anything?

When someone in NC attempted to illegally request 50 mail-in ballots from FL, they were identified and there were news reports all over about it.

2020-12-02 20:44:04 UTC

Her saying it means the law was broken? That's what an allegation is.

2020-12-02 20:44:35 UTC

You're skipping the part about whether it's true or not.

2020-12-02 20:44:42 UTC

Important part.

2020-12-02 20:44:57 UTC

There were also other laws broken like counting challenged ballots and ballots which should have been spoiled etc

2020-12-02 20:45:58 UTC

I’m speaking about the testimony of the other people there as well. All of the testimony brought forward to put the puzzle together, just like any other case.

2020-12-02 20:46:08 UTC

She made the point in her "testimony" that she witnessed an individual drop off 50 ballots of people they were not related to. She said it was harvesting and said that each ballot delivered should have been a felony. My point is that if she witnessed it and knew it was wrong at the time, why didn't she call the police right then?

2020-12-02 20:46:17 UTC

@Zuluzeit that is what a Trial is for.

2020-12-02 20:46:44 UTC

Who is to say she didn’t? Did she say she didn’t report this?

2020-12-02 20:46:58 UTC

@james j Trump can get viewership without claiming fraud. 70M people voted for him... so that argument just makes no sense. he only has to show the preponderance of the evidence which i think has been shown to try and get mode evidence through discovery. i see i wrote broadly about racism first, my intent was to talk about hope being more powerful than focusing on the negative. that doesn't mean you don't acknowledge it. it means you give people hope to make it better through school choice, etc. etc.

2020-12-02 20:47:03 UTC

@William Dinan Yes. 100% agreed. But that's not the language I'm seeing.

2020-12-02 20:47:21 UTC

She would have brought the police report...

2020-12-02 20:47:41 UTC

It would be corroborating evidence.

2020-12-02 20:47:52 UTC

If this is a puzzle it's two of those all white puzzles mixed together and half the pieces randomly removed

2020-12-02 20:47:52 UTC

She would have? You know her so well! I guess you have her on speed dial? 😂

2020-12-02 20:48:28 UTC

Except, they couldn't assert that those 50 illegally harvested votes made it into the results, if she had taken any steps to prevent it. @Repeat

2020-12-02 20:48:46 UTC

What these people experienced and witnessed, you have no idea of knowing the amount of stress this has caused to their daily lives.

2020-12-02 20:49:05 UTC

So it must be true.

2020-12-02 20:49:26 UTC

They aren't confused or simply deranged zealots.

2020-12-02 20:49:27 UTC

But for a we know she put 50 illegal ballots in and are claiming someone else did

2020-12-02 20:50:02 UTC

@abracadabra.holmes he loses viewership if he admits loss. It’s bad for his brand. He needs to seem like a winner or convince people he was cheated. So far there 0 evidence of wide spread voter fraud. Also school choice puts students at a disadvantage where profit takes precedence over education

2020-12-02 20:50:11 UTC

This is why we have due process. This right here. It's madness.

2020-12-02 20:50:12 UTC

Trump is the king of transference and his church follows his ideals

2020-12-02 20:50:14 UTC

I found the testimonies pretty overwhelming. I cannot pretend to imagine what any of these people went though.

2020-12-02 20:51:17 UTC

@abracadabra.holmes if there was actually proof it would be presented. So far we have nothing but allegations. If the hearing were heal in court under oath their statements would fall apart in a cross examination and currently don’t amount to evidence. Just allegations

2020-12-02 20:51:18 UTC

Dr. Travers presented herself as an expert on elections who has worked for the state of MI for nearly 30 years... and she admitted to witnessing a crime at an election office and not reporting it. That doesn't seem odd?

2020-12-02 20:52:02 UTC

As soon as the first state says votes dont matter heres your electors we are toast

2020-12-02 20:52:02 UTC

The testimonies, it is not like it was a single person. It gave me a full vision of what the room looked like, the atmosphere and stresses. I can imagine it made some sort impact the the powers that be as even stated by congressmen.
