I agree with you both on those points

2020-12-05 07:06:43 UTC

What I'm saying now is, is that entire chain of events not evidence enough to meet the burden to investigate, rather than call it a lack of evidence?

2020-12-05 07:06:50 UTC

Which is why these groups of maga supporters just writing up affidavits (making a mistake or giving a perspective won’t get you jail time) of what they think is fraud after they have been led to believe trump will win in a land slide. I

2020-12-05 07:07:10 UTC

Is not really credible

2020-12-05 07:07:33 UTC

Especially when they write things like “this guys was really big and made me scared”

2020-12-05 07:07:59 UTC

I’m not saying it shouldn’t be investigated, everything suspicious should be investigated...but before it’s investigated it’s counterproductive to shout from the rooftops “it’s fraud & I’ve won the election”

2020-12-05 07:08:17 UTC

It’s like being sure someone drinking water is drinking vodka

2020-12-05 07:08:21 UTC

I dont buy the whole landslide win pitch. Thats trumps hyperbolic ego speaking imo. But we all know his personality

2020-12-05 07:09:21 UTC

James j, the video shows the later rerunning stacks of ballots though...

2020-12-05 07:11:12 UTC

That’s what you do when one ballot gets jammed

2020-12-05 07:11:22 UTC

You recycle the batch

2020-12-05 07:11:35 UTC

How do you know that?

2020-12-05 07:11:36 UTC

Even still they hand recounted like a million times

2020-12-05 07:11:51 UTC

And the ballots match the original count

2020-12-05 07:12:08 UTC

So even if votes were counted multiple times it would have been caught in a hand count

2020-12-05 07:12:25 UTC

Because thats what poll workers say

2020-12-05 07:12:26 UTC

@samwisegamgee77 There was fraud... There always is some fraud. Some get caught some don't. I believe that there are people on both sides of the political spectrum that are willing to do what it takes to help their chosen candidate win. I think it has been that way for a long time. It sucks and every single one that is caught should be prosecuted. I think that most election officials know that this is going to happen and while they'll do everything they can to prevent it, they will spend the majority of that effort to prevent wide-spread fraud, because they know that ultimately the small time fraud is a zero sum game as neither side is more or less likely to partake.

I think Trump new this and made a calculation... If he made enough noise about the 2020 election being rigged and "deputized" his base to do everything possible to find the proof of this fraud, that his supporters would answer his call. And they sure did. Every Trump supporter that was involved with the election was focused on being hyper-vigilant. Every mail-in ballot was someone trying to be fraudulent. Every person pulling a cart, talking near a van, who didn't seem to want to be overheard, that was trying diligently to work as efficiently as possible... they were all suspects. An nerdy election worker was the object of ridicule and accused of "palming" a thumb drive - he was doxed and rcvd death threats - was just doing his job. Every disagreement was someone nefarious. The vast, vast majority of affidavits have perfectly innocent explanations, but are assumed malfeasance. The problem is none of these affidavits are being found to have any evidentiary value.

2020-12-05 07:14:36 UTC

Yeah just for recoded I never claimed no fraud just not mass fraud or more fraud than you would expect from any other election

2020-12-05 07:16:23 UTC

@samwisegamgee77 I think Sidney Powell and her Dominion conspiracy theory actually muddied the water for Trump. It's bonkers and can be easily disproven. The GA hand recount should have ended derailed that crazy train, but she and Rudy keep doubling down and why not... people are believing it, because they've been conditioned to accept fraud.

2020-12-05 07:17:10 UTC

That theory would never hold up under scrutiny,
Too many moving parts.

2020-12-05 07:17:37 UTC

Which one?

2020-12-05 07:19:32 UTC

I dont disagree with that completely, I am just very suspect of the way much of MSM and social media has been so incredibly one sided in this. Which leads me to believe some of the taboo "conspiracy" as holding some weight. Also because of how the entire Russia disinformation, Flynn indictment, impeachment BS, and everything was very orchestrated by nefarious actors in high places.

2020-12-05 07:20:41 UTC

Each echo chamber has been one-sided based on their target audience. The RWM was certain Trump was going to win and amplified his claims.

2020-12-05 07:21:09 UTC

Dominion system was rigged theory. Hand recount tally’s up,
Nothing to it.

2020-12-05 07:21:33 UTC

Agreed.

2020-12-05 07:22:33 UTC

I have followed it since the very beginning. Every single hearing, every leak to the press, on Russia. Ukraine being handled the same way, and protecting the insider, Biden. I didnt vote for trump in 2016 because I never took him or his message seriously.

2020-12-05 07:24:04 UTC

But after watching and waiting and scratching my head, and watching and waiting and reading some more. People have called trump racist bigoted, etc and I really think that couldn't be farther from the truth.

2020-12-05 07:25:07 UTC

Hasn’t every conservatives candidate been called that since forever

2020-12-05 07:25:26 UTC

Mainly because they tend to get support form the racist types

2020-12-05 07:25:33 UTC

Which trump had in spades

2020-12-05 07:26:40 UTC

He plays footsie with the racists on far right. Just as biden does with antifa. Well Biden thinks he does but antifa actually love Bernie.

2020-12-05 07:27:25 UTC

I grew to enjoy watching him be attacked from every single angle and keep on keeping on and pushing what he believes is the best path forward. And I tend to agree with the positions he takes on things. And the more he gets attacked for every little thing and never gets credit for anything, the more I grow to love how he just keeps pushing the same exact message he has from day 1

2020-12-05 07:27:58 UTC

Hell, from 30 years ago with Rosanne he had the same message

2020-12-05 07:28:13 UTC

Which message is that?

2020-12-05 07:28:20 UTC

I think they are mutually exclusive. I agree with you that Trump was treated poorly and probably unfairly by the MSM, but he started things off with the Fake News angle going back to the Birther movement. He never stopped calling them Fake and they went out of their way to paint him in a bad light. I do not think there was collusion with the Russians, but they did aid him (in order to destabilize the US confidence in elections. If Trump had been the favorite, they would have helped Clinton.)

I think his transition team plus Don Jr were naïve and inexperienced. They met with the Russians and didn't report it - not knowing that they were supposed to. They did lie about it - which could be considered entrapment from their perspective - but they should have come clean. The more they denied, the more the press and the left smelled blood. It was stupid and I'm sure the Russians had many a laugh over it.

2020-12-05 07:30:17 UTC

I agree @TaLoN132 but I also feel there was more to the collusion.

2020-12-05 07:30:59 UTC

Talon, I think we think and analyze things very similarly

2020-12-05 07:31:42 UTC

Not literally Trump calling Putin on the phone...but he did publicly ask a-foreign nation to hack a sitting Member of the Cabinet.

2020-12-05 07:32:01 UTC

I do go back and forth on what I believe as I find out solid information

2020-12-05 07:32:01 UTC

@samwisegamgee77, you just advanced to level 6!

2020-12-05 07:32:25 UTC

Adam, please explain
