I agree that people should behave. I have not seen the videos of challengers spitting, or getting physical, and if that is the case then I agree those people should have been removed from the facility. IMO the entire process from start to finish should have been video taped with sound at all polling facilities. I don't mean to the extent that you can see who people are voting for, but to the extent that you can see and hear what's going on from start to finish. I don't know if there are reasons why this isn't already a rule, maybe I am not thinking that all the way through. That would have been able to settle a lot of the problems that people are alleging, whatever side it's coming from.

Most things arent caught on video but there seems to be a clear disparity between what GOP observers are saying and what neutral not Democrat observers are saying. They were just like look only one group of people here has been told for months fraud is guaranteed and showed up to disrupt the election not observe it. We put independent folks in there to make sure the counting is good and neither sides observers act like fools. If Bernie Sanders riled up people in the way Trump did we would have seen the opposite in the primary counts 4 years ago.

I would think that you're innocent until proven guilty. They would have to take everyone's word, or no one's word. If those words do not match, then investigation should be done to find proof of one or the other, or both.

So, yes, this time around reps have been told there will be fraud, but there are many dems who have claimed that same thing in the past. This isn't something that just started with republicans.

This is a Civil Action and not a Criminal Action. Plaintiffs do not have Search Warrant capability. How do you prove misconduct if the Defendant is in Care and Control of all the Evidence. That is what evidentiary Hearing are for. They establish a basis for Plaintiffs by Court Order to review Evidence!

We didnt even get to the recounts and audits and fraud lawsuits 4 years ago because the government checked it out and everything was copacetic and we moved on because there wasnt any votes changed.

A top election official in Georgia had strong words for President Trump and other top Republican leaders who have attacked Georgia's election system in recent weeks after reports of harassment and death threats against officials overseeing the state's recount.

"Someone's going to get hurt, someone's going to get shot, someone's going to get killed," Gabriel Sterling, with the secretary of state's office, said Tuesday afternoon in an emotional and forceful news conference. "It's not right."

Among other things, a Twitter thread accusing a young technician working on the recount of altering votes led to his identity being released and calls for him to be "hung for treason."

Meanwhile, caravans of horn-honking Trump supporters constantly parade past Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's private residence, and his wife has reportedly received sexually explicit threats. The president himself, who has falsely suggested he won Georgia's 16 electoral votes, has called on Republican Gov. Brian Kemp to overturn the election.
