That seems like it would make sense to me! His testimony was the most compelling IMO, so I was curious.

You got it all figured out. Keep fighting that fight comrade.

2020-12-06 00:23:35 UTC

I suspect that a lot of information isn't being publicized, and there's a lot of OPSEC going on behind the scenes.

2020-12-06 00:24:14 UTC

If these claims are true this is actual cyber-warfare. That's the thing.

@Corndog needs to learn recognize

Totalitarianism is a concept[1][2] for a form of government or political system that prohibits opposition parties, restricts individual opposition to the state and its claims, and exercises an extremely high degree of control over public and private life. It is regarded as the most extreme and complete form of authoritarianism. In totalitarian states, political power has often been held by autocrats who employ all-encompassing campaigns in which propaganda is broadcast by state-controlled mass media.[3]

Esp. in regards to the Dominion systems intel, which the Colonel is alleging sources from Iran and China.

2020-12-06 00:25:32 UTC

political civil war at this point. Two universes are colliding.

2020-12-06 00:27:16 UTC

Im not here for that crap. Not engaging in pointless sophistry.

2020-12-06 00:27:27 UTC

Sorry had to block that guy.

2020-12-06 00:28:14 UTC

Eh?

2020-12-06 00:29:08 UTC

Some guy was going on about something wouldn’t leave me alone about it. Pay it no mind. Sorry for the distraction.

2020-12-06 00:29:08 UTC

@Corndog, you just advanced to level 3!

2020-12-06 00:29:41 UTC

Ah alright, it was non-specific so I wasn't sure who was referenced.

2020-12-06 00:30:31 UTC

Just in case someone saw it and wondered what happened.

2020-12-06 00:31:57 UTC

Benito looks like Gru

Sorry but my tinfoil hat is not that big. If the Trump team has proof President Trump himself can put it on his YouTube channel where I watched his speech.

I wrote extensively on why I think that might not be the way to look at this, possibly. See: https://discordapp.com/channels/760945067107680286/771201221145919499/784832307219136612

If I were an attorney, I wouldn't lay my entire case on the table before filing. Just like, when I play poker, I don't show my cards until it's time to show my hand.

ALL of the evidence for Sidney's cases is filed and you can read it all on courtlistener. I have.

I have to and that's why I remain unconvinced. in the Georgia case she claims that the QR codes are different than the human readable print on the ballots and yet they hand-counted those ballots in Georgia and found that count to be the same as the machine count. In fact one of her remedies is exactly what they've already done in Georgia.

2020-12-06 00:34:39 UTC

He has said this crap before but as the Head of Georgia's Executive branch, he could ORDER it investigated...he doesn't have to ask anyone.

2020-12-06 00:35:50 UTC

From what I can figure, those things didn't happen. No switching occurred. I also can explain why the people who tried to extrapolate meaning out of the NYT data feed election night were working under false assumptions.

2020-12-06 00:35:53 UTC

We went through this discussion earlier. Pristine ballots in the recount need to be forensically examined for me to believe they're not fraudulent.

2020-12-06 00:36:06 UTC

Stalling, if you ask me. It's why Powell is pushing her lawsuit.

2020-12-06 00:37:22 UTC

If you ask me, the states where Powell isn't pushing lawsuits are the ones that are more or less aware of the allegations and are actively investigating, whether those investigations are public or not.

There's no such thing as a Smartmatic Backbone in their competitor's software. Software cannot magically infect the codebase of another company's product.

2020-12-06 00:37:34 UTC

Doesn't matter what you and I believe. It matters what they can prove in a court of law. You've decided what you're going to believe regardless. I'm open to be in convinced by evidence

2020-12-06 00:38:21 UTC

You would if it was going to get dismissed otherwise. You have to show that you could be successful to get an injunction.

2020-12-06 00:40:07 UTC

There are, apparently, almost 53k of them in the AZ election - the duplicated ballots that are currently being audited. They project it might result in a total change of maybe 195 votes.

2020-12-06 00:41:29 UTC

Smartmatic is a piece of the completed voting system that several companies licensed to use.

2020-12-06 00:41:39 UTC

They are not competitors.

2020-12-06 00:42:30 UTC

What smoking gun video???

2020-12-06 00:42:31 UTC

I feel this, and I'm also pretty open to what information I do know and what I don't. I'm currently in the camp where I feel there is enough evidence on the table to believe serious fraud was involved. But then again, I felt that way about Georgia when I was actively counting votes using excel that something wasn't quite right on election week.

2020-12-06 00:42:37 UTC

Great points. I think it is more likely that the fraud was decentralized in nature, which is why it is so hard to pinpoint in a decisive manner. Now to demonstrate each occurrence in a way to show a difference will be made is exponentially harder to do. At the end of the day though, the election system should be without reproach for these very reasons. The reality is there are numerous irregularities that have already come to light. While that may not necessarily mean a centralized malicious effort took place. It doesn’t rule it out yet either. So does “massive voter fraud” need to be demonstrated to overturn an election? IMO no only that there is a reasonable assumption there was enough fraud to change the outcome of the popular vote. At that point the legislature is within their right to default to a contingent election of some kind or to simply withhold their votes until faith is restored by enough of their members. That is where we are at this point.

2020-12-06 00:46:28 UTC

Yeah after the video came out I went back and looked at Fulton county only and asked myself what if they stuffed the ballot box with Biden only votes. So I compared the top of the ticket votes to the downline vote and in particular the Senate race. The result is there's not enough extra top of the ticket extra votes in Fulton county to change the election. So now I'm left with a theory of the crime that they stuffed the ballot boxes across all the counties in Georgia but just a little bit and somehow didn't get caught. again if someone brings some evidence I'm willing to look at it. But at this point I remain unconvinced. Especially when it comes to Georgia.

2020-12-06 00:47:24 UTC

@Recalibar actually what I posted was totally what you guys were, objecting to, state-sanctioned censorship by social media platforms as censorship is one tenant of totalitarian systems. Sadly, we have some matches on other tenants of totalitarianism as well.

2020-12-06 00:48:15 UTC

Also consider that Dominion software is used across every county in Georgia elections. So that might bolster such a claim.

2020-12-06 00:49:15 UTC

The censorship sort of runs in the opposite direction. The beautiful thing about a section 230 repeal is that it no longer allows entities to moderate content on their platforms.
